Child Safety Standards for Chattr

Chattr is committed to protecting all users, especially children and adolescents, by adhering to strict child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) prevention policies. We follow the standards outlined below:

1. CSA and CSAM Prevention

  • To prevent CSA (Child Sexual Abuse) and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), we actively monitor user content and utilize reporting systems to detect and remove harmful content.
  • If harmful content is discovered, it will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be blocked.

2. Reporting System

  • Chattr allows users to report CSAM within the app.
  • Reported cases are promptly reviewed, and if necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Age Verification

  • Chattr uses Google Account Verification to automatically verify that users are 18 years or older.
  • The Google age verification system ensures that only users above the legal age are allowed to join, and those who do not meet the age requirement will be restricted from accessing the app.

4. Education and Awareness

Chattr is dedicated to clearly communicating our child protection policies to users and fostering a safe environment. While we do not directly provide educational materials or guidelines within the app, users are encouraged to understand the importance of child protection and to take appropriate actions when necessary.

5. Monitoring of Harmful Content and Immediate Action

Chattr prioritizes user safety and immediately takes action if inappropriate behavior or harmful content is detected. This includes suspending the user’s account and, if necessary, reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities. We are committed to swiftly addressing illegal activities or issues related to child protection.
